Some books recommended recently include:

Life Leverage - Rob Moore

Released in January 2016, this book goes one step further than the Four Hour Work Week. Highly recommended.

The Four Hour Work Week - Timothy Ferris
This is one of these books that you wish you had read when you first started to work.  Full of brilliant tip, tricks and insider secrets to becoming more effective with time and virtually everything else.  He shows you how to do it step-by-step and includes websites, contacts and other extremely useful information.

The Four Hour Chef - Timothy Ferris
I bought this for myself and then bought another few copies to give to friends and to my oldest son who was about to embark on his first job in London, alone and away from home.  I wish my Dad had bought it for me.  A MUST read for anyone wanting to learn how to cook and how to survive.  Forget Jamie and Delia, this is the only cook book you will ever need.

The Lean Start-Up - Eric Ries  (He has a website Called The Lean Start-Up)
Through my work with Angels Den I meet a lot of people starting out, setting up their new business.  They all want to do it for nothing (£ or $) or as near to nothing as they can; this is the book for you if you're starting (or even running) a small business.

How to Sell When Nobody's Buying" - Dave Lakhani
A book written for the times we live in, again full of very useful information, checklists, step-by-step guides and so on, to propel your sales if you have any...and to get you sales if you don't.

The E-Myth by Michael Gerber
Probably the best small business book ever.  If you have a small business, buy this book!

Eyes Wide Open: "How to Make Smart Decisions in a Confusing World" - Noreena Hertz
A practical guide to show us all how to make informed decisions. There is sooo much information available from the internet, books, television and in discussion with experts or so-called experts that we have to get to a point where we make a decision.  Even a wrong decision is better than no decision, but a smart decision is the best of all.
