I have also created a Property Specific site called Raising Angel Finance (RAF) with lots of advice, hints, tricks and tips on that subject and on Facebook I have been posting a series of information pamphlets entitled Raising Angel Finance - FAQs 1, 2, 3 etc of 20.
There will be 20 of these as you have probably worked out....and they will be listed on the RAF website as well once it goes fully live.

In terms of getting investment for you, we naturally have a system to organise all that which involves the completion of an initial online form and a process to move your proposal forward and again that's explained in the FAQ series.
Due to the volume of enquiries I'm afraid it's not possible in the early stages anyway, for us to make or take generic calls or meet on a one-to-one basis yet and specifically appointment only 'phone calls are only with specific proposals in mind.

But as you have a specific proposal, please use this quick and easy online form and we will process it.

This form will come directly to my desk and only be processed by my staff.
It's simply used to get you a decision in principle (DiP). Once we have that, we would need further information from you, in a template that we will provide, to get you a formal written offer of funds.
Once you have a formal written offer you would need to do two more things:
(1) Agree our Terms and Conditions which includes our fee for finding your investment and
(2) complete formal due diligence with the Angel or investor before any funds are drawn down.
How long this all takes is flexible from a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on the timing of your proposal and the reaction time to information requests.
